The Chauvin Arnoux CA 6550 and CA 6555 megohmmeter are tools of excellence to perform insulation checks with safety and precision. Their use on equipment and rotating machines, operating at 12 kV and above, complies with recommended practices. The multiple test modes allow both qualitatively qualifying non-control isolations. Also it investigate the problems on samples of insulation aging for the purpose of preventive maintenance.
