The broad lineup includes low saturation fixed output types in 1A/2A/0.3A ratings, models with different output voltages and packages, and units with/without a shutdown switch. In addition, overcurrent and thermal shutdown circuits are integrated to prevent IC destruction due to output short-circuit and IC overload respectively.
