Eaton RCD, Contact Position Indicator, DIN Rail Mounting - PKNM Series - 236249 PKNM-20/1N/C/003-A-MW

Stop electrical hazards in their tracks with this RCD from Eaton. A trip sensitivity of 30mA means it protects personnel from even very small current leakages. This makes it ideal for safeguarding against ground faults in settings such as care homes, offices and shops. Type-C tripping characteristics permit loads that need an inrush current to work properly, but the device will trip instantly if the current exceeds five to ten times its 20A rating. As you can mount this RCD on a DIN rail, installation is done in a flash.

Features & Benefits

• Rated voltage of 230V AC for compatibility with the UK mains supply
• Red and green contact position indicators let you check on status at a glance
• Screw terminals help you make quick and secure electrical connections
• Toggle switch allows you to quickly re-energise the circuit once the fault is identified and fixed

How many poles does this RCD have?

This RCD is a single-pole plus neutral device. It offers a suitable level of protection for houses and small commercial premises where a single-phase system is used.
