A breaking capacity of 10kA ensures you're protected against powerful current spikes. You can put the device to the test in outdoor settings, as it resists the ageing effects of UV light. This type-B RCD is suitable for protecting variable-speed three-phase motors such as those found driving compressors, water pumps and fans.
