The Infineon makes this 60 mΩ dual channel smart High-Side power switch, embedded in a PG-TDSO-14, exposed pad package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. The power transistor is built by a N-channel vertical power MOSFET with charge pump. The device is integrated in Smart6 HV technology. It is specially designed to drive valve applications in the harsh automotive environment. For lighting applications the nominal bulb load of P10W+P5W 24 V or P10W 12 V is considered.
