This nitrile rubber O-Ring cord from the RS PRO range provides an economical and hassle-free way to create O-Ring seals. By producing a vacuum between surfaces, it makes an air- and liquid-tight seal for your equipment.

With a 1.6 mm diameter and a length of 8.5 m, this cord allows you to fashion multiple O-Rings of various sizes with a simple cut to the desired length. Its durable nitrile rubber material is suitable for use at temperatures as low as -30°C or as high as +120°C. It can even withstand intermittent temperatures as high as +150°C.

This O-Ring cord can be used to make seals and gaskets for diverse applications. You'll find it used in beer taps and vehicle engines.
