This nitrile rubber O-Ring cord from the trusted RS PRO range offers a reliable on-the-spot O-Ring way to produce leak-proof seals. It measures 7 mm in diameter and comes on a reel in a length of 8.5 m, so you can make multiple machine seals of varying sizes by simply cutting the cord to the desired length.

The O-Ring cord forms a circular gasket that creates a reliable vacuum seal between surfaces, preventing leakage of air or fluids. You can use it safely across a broad temperature range of -30°C to +120°C. It's even safe for environments in which there are occasional increases in temperature up to +150°C.

This versatile and economical O-Ring cord can be used to create common seals such as those found in beer taps and vehicle engines.
