This nitrile rubber O-Ring cord from RS PRO is handy for fast and reliable production of seals. It gives you a tight, leak-proof seal in a variety of machine applications. The O-Ring is a circular gasket that's placed between two surfaces to create a vacuum that stops air or fluid leaks.

With a diameter of 2 mm and a length of 8.5 m, the cord can be easily cut to make an O-Ring of any size. Its nitrile rubber material means it can withstand a broad range of temperatures. While it's most effective for use between -30°C and +120°C, it can also be used intermittently at temperatures as high as +150°C.
