RS PRO Miniature Circuit Breaker Lockout


The RS PRO range of miniature circuit breaker lockouts continues to improve. We are proud to offer this clever safety device used to isolate circuit breakers so that electricians are kept safe while carrying out maintenance and repair work.

How does it work?


This pin-out lockout is quick and easy to install simply place the lever on the circuit breaker in the off position, press the lockout device push button to expose the pins then insert it into the holes on either side of the circuit breaker. Secure with a safety padlock and you are good to go.

Why would you need a safety lockout?


Lockouts are vital safety devices that should be used always to ensure a circuit is not switched on inadvertently. If multiple engineers are working with the system a hasp, tag and individual padlocks can be attached, and only when all devices have been removed will the system be safe to reactivate.
