This insulation tester is a handheld, battery-powered instrument that combines insulation measurement with multimeter functions for field diagnostics and maintenance in electrical, automation and mechanical settings. It performs insulation resistance testing up to very high values, applies selectable test voltages for diverse systems, and includes features for safe live-circuit detection and Rapid discharge of capacitive voltage for on-site use.
