An insulation digital multimeter is the single tool that allows users to perform advanced insulation testing for preventive and PdM tasks. Combining a digital insulation tester with a full-featured, true RMS digital multimeter into a compact, hand-held unit, the 1587 model provides maximum versatility for both troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
In addition the Fluke 1587 FC meter adds four powerful new diagnostic functions through the Fluke Connect® Measurements app:
1. PI/DAR timed ratio tests with TrendIt™ graphs identifies moisture and contaminated insulation problems faster
2. Memory storage through Fluke Connect eliminates writing down results, reduces errors and saves data for historical tracking over time
3. Temperature Compensation through app for establishing accurate baselines and relevant historical comparisons

Providing accurate current measurements without breaking electric circuits safely and according to industry safety standards, CAT IV 600 V / CAT III 1000 V. With a compact design it features a non-slip rubber coating grip and 4mm safety plug.
