This vacuum generator provides Compact pneumatic vacuum generation for industrial automation and handling tasks. Designed for use with common tubing materials such as polyurethane, PFA, FEP and nylon, it delivers negative pressure from compressed Air to support pick-and-place, component handling and light-duty gripping in electronic, electrical and mechanical production environments.

What medium should be supplied to operate it?
Clean compressed Air is required as the pressure medium and connections accept one-touch Ø6 tubing.
How is the unit mounted in machine systems?
It is supplied with a bracket option that allows body-ported installation and straightforward fixing into frames.
What exhaust arrangements are available for noise control?
The product can be supplied without a silencer in box-style configurations
silencers are optional where fitted.
Which tubing materials are compatible for vacuum lines?
Compatible materials include soft nylon, standard nylon and polyurethane for direct one-touch connections.
