USB5744 USB 3.0 Hub Controllers
From Microchip the USB5744 is a USB 3.0 compliant (also known as USB 3.1 Gen 1) and supports all the defined USB speeds up to the 5 Gbps SuperSpeed (SS) data rate on all enabled downstream ports. The device integrates is a USB 2.0 controller to decouple SuperSpeed data from slower USB 2.0 traffic to avoid bottlenecks slower USB 2.0 traffic can create.

ProTouch2: Configuration tool to enable enhanced OEM configuration options through either One-Time Programmable (OTP) (8Kbit) or external SPI ROM
