    What happens if you over tighten U Bolts?

    If over tighten happens, this will irrevocably damage the threads of the bolt and the nut, therefore be careful during the task.

    How to install U Bolts?

    Although the installation process is relatively easy to follow, it is worth to remember about the following steps.

    1. Firstly, remove both nuts from each side of your U Bolt.

    2. If you are planning to use the U Bolt around the pipe you are connecting and thread the bolt's ends through the holes, the next step is to make sure the nuts on each outer end of the bolts are tightened either by some power tool or wrench to tighten the nuts.

    3. Using a U Bolt guide is always a good idea but remember to measure spacing to fit its specifications before tightening nuts.
