RS PRO Surface Gauge


Use this RS PRO surface gauge to mark lines on your machined surfaces. If you need to find the centre of a circular segment, you can use these marked lines to draw a square and then draw diagonals from its corners to locate the centre.
The gauge has a spindle that can be finely adjusted at any angle below or above the base, giving you a good level of flexibility for different kinds of work. There are also retractable pins in the base to provide stability when you're working on the edge of a surface, for safer, more efficient operation.
A double-ended scriber with hardened points will reliably draw lines on the most demanding surfaces. This surface gauge is ideal for use in machining and metalworking applications and it's also particularly suitable for maintenance and inspection.
