GaAlAS Infrared LED 4-Pin OptoMOS Relay, CPC

These single pole miniature solid state relays have either a normally open (1-Form-A) or a normally closed (1-Form-B) contact. They have an enhanced input output isolation barrier rated to 5000 Vrms.

Various Blocking voltages are available making these units suitable for a wide variety of applications.

The outputs have been constructed from efficient MOSFET switches and the well-known OptoMos architecture. The input is an efficient GaAlAS infrared LED which controls the optically coupled output.
