The Carlo Gavazzi software smart configurator offers a user friendly way to use sensor data to improve processes and predictive maintenance. A 5.5" HD touchscreen display and designated app offers quick access to advanced diagnostics, displaying operating hours, numbers of detections, operating cycles and alarms.

Features and Benefits


• This wireless IO-Link smart configurator is handheld and portable with no need for power or a laptop, offering full mobility for use in a variety of locations including in the office.

• Self-powered thanks to the built-in high capacity LI-ION rechargeable battery. There is also the possibility to recharge the device via the micro USB port.

• The use of a lanyard or clip allows for easy transportation, whilst the mobile smart configurator benefits from a high battery capacity of 5 hours in full operation, and 22 hours with the screen off.

• The configurator is compatible with all IO-Link sensors regardless of the brand.

• User friendly, simplifying the configuration, adjustment and diagnosis of many IO-Link sensors.

• The device has 16GB of internal memory, with the possibility to expand using a micro SD card.
