Use this trapped key with industrial equipment as a safeguarding measure during maintenance. It works with a safety interlocking system and ensures that your machinery is completely isolated before you have access to it. The key stays trapped in the interlock system while the machine is running and can only be removed when the system has completely halted. You can then use it to gain access to the inside of the equipment via your access control systems.
