This RCBO (residual current breaker with overcurrent protection) from Eaton effectively monitors the current flow in your electrical systems. It automatically initiates a disconnection if an overcurrent or earth leakage is detected, stopping any damage to equipment and preventing electrocution. Its type-B tripping characteristic means it's designed to trip at fault currents three to five times the rated current of 20A – so between 60A and 100A. Mount this unit in power control setups for household electrical systems, medical devices and charging stations.

What does the earth leakage protection in this RCBO mean?


An earth leakage refers to an abnormal flowing current that may interact with the metal component of an electrical device, which can result in electrocution. This RCBO monitors the flow of current and detects when leakage has occurred, automatically shutting off. This switchgear detects leakage current of up to 20A and initiates tripping instantaneously.
