CC2650 series 2.4GHz RF System-on-Chip
The SimpleLink™ CC2650 is a Cortex-M3/M0 based wireless System-On-Chip designed for 2.4GHz multi-standard wireless applications. The CC26xx can function either as a Wireless Network Processor (a device running the wireless protocol stack, with the application running on a separate MCU), or as a stand-alone SoC. The Bluetooth Low Energy controller and the IEEE 802.15.4 MAC are embedded into ROM. The ROM also contains a bootloader that can be used to reprogram the device using SPI or UART.
