Nordic Semiconductors nRF51422 is a 2.4GHz multi-protocol RF transceiver SoC for ANT, Bluetooth Smart and Nordic Gazell protocol applications. It integrates an RF transceiver, ARM Cortex-M0 core microcontoller, Flash memory and analogue/digital peripherals on to a single QFN or WLCSP chip. The Gazell protocol is on-air compatible with the nRF24L series of transceivers.
