Time Electronics Model 1017 DC Multifunction Voltage/Current/Resistance Calibrator

Time Electronics 1017 is a high performance portable multifunction calibrator with voltage, current and resistance ranges. Its combination of precision and simple operation gives it versatility for workshop and field operations. The batteries are automatically recharged when the mains supply is connected. The compact, durable plastic case, with tilt stand/carry handle, takes up minimal bench space and makes the 1017 readily transportable. The instrument's outstanding stability v temperature and time performance is because of the use of special computer-selected reference diodes and resistor technology. The low-thermal emf terminals reduce errors when working with microvolt signals. Digital deviation control allows the output to be increased and decreased in % terms from 0 to ±0.999%. This provides a direct readout of error and simplifies the recording results for calibration certificates. It enables the user to see immediately whether the unit under test is within specification. The 1017 is suitable for calibrating and simulating a wide range of instruments including thermocouples, transducers, 4 - 20 mA and 0 - 10 V transmitters and platinum resistance thermometers.
