Siemens SIRIUS Soft Starter, 3kW, 6.5A - 3RW30 Series - 3RW3014-1BB04
Use this Siemens SIRIUS soft starter for the soft start and wind-down of 3-phase asynchronous motors. It's a particularly useful choice if your power supply system experiences voltage dips as its enhanced controls limit the effect of any surges and fluctuations. This unit features a 2-phase control that limits current levels through the entire startup. It also eliminates interruptions of direct current components and avoids peaking of current and torque. The result is an efficient starter that reduces the risk of damage to your motor.
• Compact dimensions of 45 (width) x 151 (length) and 95mm (depth) to fit into tight spaces
• Voltage rating of 400V AC (alternating current) and current rating of 6.5A (amperes) provide versatile capacity
• Two potentiometers make it easy to set ramp-up time and starting voltage, for optimal starting behaviour
Can I use this device safely in environments where high temperatures are common?
Yes, this soft starter can operate in temperatures up to +60°C and down to -25°C, meaning you can rely on it in a wide range of demanding industrial environments.
