The Microchip 16-Bit flash microcontrollers has high performance CPU with modified Harvard architecture and Up to 16 MIPS operation at 32 MHz . It has 8 MHz internal oscillator with 4x PLL option and multiple divide options. The internal oscillator block also provides a stable reference source for the fail safe clock monitor(FSCM). Regardless of the memory size, all the devices share the same rich set of peripherals, allowing for a smooth migration path as applications grow and evolve.

Operating voltage range of 1.8 V to 3.6 V
