OSRAM Power TOPLED Series of LEDs

The Power TOPLED series of SMT LEDs, from Osram Opto Semiconductors, have an enhanced internal heat distribution which gives the devices a higher current. As a powerful member of the TOPLED family, the Power TOPLED LED can handle a maximum forward current of up to 70 mA and an ambient temperature of up to 100°C. Ideal applications for the Power TOPLED series include: display backlighting, indoor displays, signal and Symbol illumination, automotive lighting, marker lights or light guide coupling.

Power TOPLED package: PLCC-4 (3.4 x 3.0 x 2.1 mm)

Viewing angle 120°

Note

Amber LEDs – Originally designed for use in automotive brake-light applications, OSRAM amber LEDs can appear red due to a high dominant Wavelength value. Refer to a dominant Wavelength colour chart to find your chosen LED colour.
