Multi CHIP LED

The OSRAM Opto Semiconductors LED device has LED chips which can be controlled separately to display various colours including white. In order to achieve best colour mixing already in the package, the chips are arranged in a triangle configuration. It is ESD withstand up to 8 kV according to JESD22-A114-D. It is mainly use in pachinko market, backlighting (LCD, switches, keys, illuminated advertising, general lighting), coupling into light guides.
