Phoenix Contact Fibre-Optic Signal Converter, 24V DC, 120mA - PSI-MOS-RS232/FO 850 E - 2708371
Upgrade your networking system by plugging copper and fibre-optic cables into this signal converter from Phoenix Contact. It converts signals from traditional copper cables including RS232, RS422, RS485, CAN, CANopen and deviceNET communication to fibre-optic ones, eliminating electromagnetic interference for superior signal quality.
A transmission length of ≤15m means this converter works effectively for long-distance connections, while a speed range between 4.8Kbps and 115.2Kbps lets you enjoy Faster data transfer. The fibre-optic channel is monitored by an integrated diagnostic system for optimal performance.
This converter is simple to mount on a DIN rail, so you can isolate cables to limit interference and prevent signal loss. It's housed in a distinctive Phoenix Contact green polyamide case, which is resistant to corrosion for added durability. Use this signal converter to maintain an interconnected LAN (local area network) system and enjoy reliable data transmission.

Fibre Optic Converters
Industrial modules that enable conversion of RS232, RS422, RS485, CAN, CANopen and deviceNET communication supports to an 850 Nm Fibre Optic connection.
A diagnostic system monitors the Fibre optic section. This allows the line status to be signalled via LEDs placed on the front and via an output switch, which is activated when the connection is critical.
Fibre optic connection with B-FOC(ST®) or FSMA and MINICONEC screw Terminal for the copper part and D-sub 9 for the PROFIBUS version.
