RS PRO Heating Element, 40 mm, 100 W, 220 V AC
This heating element from RS PRO is ideal for direct immersion heating in tight spaces. Its compact size means it can easily be passed through a tank wall. The leads are made from fibreglass-insulated wire that's able to tolerate high-temperature applications up to +450°C.
The unit has a robust ceramic cap that's durable enough to withstand vibrations and knocks. Its deep holes protect the wires from fraying when bent, so it ensures a long product life. The nickel-chromium resistance wire is guaranteed to resist corrosion and rust, so you can expect high performance even in harsh environments.
This type of heater is suitable for a range of industrial environments, including warehouses and workshops. To reduce the risk of overheating, we recommend that you use the heater with a temperature sensor and control system.
