RS PRO Ceramic Heating Element, 122 mm, 325 W, 230 V AC
Use this RS PRO element in your industrial heater to efficiently dry or cure products. It's made with a curved ceramic shell and uses long-wave infrared for maximum heat transfer at high temperatures up to +700°C.
The surface is glazed for increased durability against oxidisation and corrosion, so it's suitable for operating in harsh environments. This long-lasting heating element will keep working for up to 10,000 hours of use – this reduces maintenance downtime and prevents the interruption of long curing processes.
Ceramic heaters are useful for softening or moulding plastics, as well as for curing paints and varnishes. They're also suitable for baking or warming food in commercial settings. For best results, a temperature control unit should be connected to this heater.
