RS PRO Ceramic Heating Element, 245 mm, 250 W, 230 V AC
This RS PRO element is an efficient way to dry or cure products in your industrial heater. To maximise heat transfer at high temperatures of up to +700°C, it has a curved ceramic shell and uses long-wave infrared.
The heating element is designed to withstand harsh operating environments thanks to its glazed surface that resists oxidation and corrosion. It has a long service life of up to 10,000 hours to reduce maintenance downtime, so you won't have to interrupt long curing processes.
For more precise use, you can connect a temperature control unit to this component. This kind of heating element is suitable for baking or warming food in commercial settings. It's also a good choice for softening or moulding plastics, as well as for curing paints and varnishes.
