Pomona Hook Clip, Banana Plug Test Type, Brass Jack - 6405/POM

Pin down your cables during testing with this banana-jack hook clip from Pomona. It makes contact with 22 to 14AWG wires by piercing through the jacket, so you don't need to bother stripping the insulation. Thanks to its spring-loaded clamp, this tool holds firmly onto the cable to make handling easy. This clamping feature also centres the tip for an accurate connection and accurate test results every time. After you've finished, you can easily reseal the tiny hole to get your system back up and running in a jiffy. The hardened stainless steel pointer retains its shape, meaning it can test wire after wire without bending.

Features & Benefits

• Performs alongside standard 4mm banana plug test leads both with and without the safety shroud, making replacing tips a breeze

• Jack rotates to keep your workflow efficient by preventing wires from twisting

• Rugged steel spring withstands impacts to support long-lasting operation

Applications

• Telecommunications networks

• Automotive sector

• Electrical engineering

• Manufacturing facilities

Can I use this device for pin-tip connections?
