Crafted from premium steel alloy, each gauge block undergoes rigorous heat treatment to achieve optimal hardness and durability. Further enhancing their accuracy, the surfaces are meticulously processed using an ultra-micro-lapping technique, resulting in an exceptionally flat and smooth finish conducive to snug block fitting, known as 'wringing'. The set is neatly housed in a custom-fitted wooden case.

Each set includes a UKAS 5-point calibration certificate, guaranteeing accuracy, while the steel's heat treatment is certified to HRC65/HV820 standards. Widely employed for calibrating engineering equipment, measuring devices, and in fine machining applications across manufacturing and construction environments, these gauge block sets are indispensable tools for achieving precision and reliability.
