Omron Airflow Sensor
The Omron compact, intelligent airflow sensor features MEMS technology for precision mass airflow measurement up to 1m/s. The housing design is based on a centrifugal principle to segregate particulates from the air. It has a power supply ranging between 10.8VDC and 26.4VDC. The sensor has a 3-pin electrical connection.

The efficiency of the dust segregation system separates up to 99.5% of dry particulates
