It's made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) for resistance to chemicals and wear, making it compatible with a wide range of liquids such as oils and printing solutions. For enhanced control, you can use this float switch with a PLC (programmable logic controller) to manage liquid levels. You'll commonly find this type of float switch used in applications such as dishwashers or wells.
