The ROHM BR24G512 series is a 512 Kbit serial EEPROM comes in different package like SOP8, SOP-J8, TSSOP-B8 and MSOP8 works at voltage range of 1.6 V to 5.5 V, frequency at 1 MHz and have I2C BUS Interface. This EEPROM used in AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment, home electronic appliances like applications.
All controls available by 2 ports of serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA)
