The ROHM BR24G1M series is 1 Mbit serial EEPROM comes in different package SOP8, SOP-J8 and TSSOP-B8 works at voltage range of 1.7 V to 5.5 V, frequency at 1 MHz and have I2C BUS Interface. This EEPROM used in AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment, home electronic appliances and amusement equipment applications.
All controls available by 2 ports of serial clock (SCL) and serial data (SDA)
