This 3-pole contactor from Rockwell Automation’s Allen Bradley range is designed for electronic applications where you need additional safety. It's ideal for motor, lighting and pump systems, as it allows easy system switch-on and switch-off. The bifurcated auxiliary is gold-plated. This ensures its status remains unchanged during power pole welds, making this contactor practical for low-energy systems. The unit features a screen to prevent manual operation, red contact covers for safety identification and a clear window for visible system status.

What safety features does this contactor have?

To prioritise user safety, contactors like this one can't change state when a power pole welds. They're also designed to limit unintentional touch and can't be manually operated, avoiding the possibility of creating an unsafe state for the system and its environment.

100S-C, 3 Pole Safety Contactors 2N/O & 3N/C

The Bulletin 100S-C safety contactors provide mechanically linked positively guided contacts, required in feedback circuits of modern safety applications. The mechanically linked N.C. auxiliary contacts will not change state when a power pole welds. In addition, the gold-plated bifurcated auxiliary contacts are ideally suited for low-energy applications or feedback control circuits with multiple series-connected N.C. auxiliary contacts.
