The OSRAM Opto Semiconductors SFH 5701 A01 chip LED is a ambient light sensor. The product has qualification test plan which is based on the guidelines of AEC-Q101-REV-C, stress test qualification for automotive grade discrete semiconductors. It can be used in various applications such as ambient light sensors, gesture recognition as well as remote control, proximity, ambient light sensing, smart home, metering.
