CeraDiodes are multilayer semiconductive ceramic components for the ESD protection of data, audio and video lines, ICs and I/O ports in electronic devices. New series are designed especially for the ESD protection of LED light sources. As alternatives to silicon-based semiconductor protection devices such as Zener and TVS diodes, CeraDiodes offer technical advantages and are in many cases 1:1 drop-in replacements for semiconductor diodes.
