StriX stripping and cutting pliers - Bimaterial handles insulated 1000V
The Knipex StriX insulated wire stripper incorporates shears for single, multiple and fine multi-stranded conductors with plastic or rubber insulation up to 5 mm. The jaws of these wire strippers have increments in the jaw to provide visual orientation for consistent stripping lengths. Two additional features include an integrated shear blade for cutting copper cable up to 15 mm and a handle insulation for VDE protection.

The multi-functionality of this pliers allows to have 2 tools in 1, the power of the cable cutter and the thinness of the stripper at its end (the ergonomics or the protection of the person can be put forward by the reduction of the number of tools in a bag or toolbox).

With this classic wire stripper, there will be no damage to the wire lamination film due to its V-shape, but the adjustment of the stripper will have to be precise.
