Cleaning pads with solvent


Pouch size: 134 x 60 mm

Solvent-soaked cleaning pads in sealed disposable pouches for cleaning and treating edge connector contacts on PCBs. The pads consist of special, non-woven material that is clean and soft and yet lint-free. Solvent based on isopropyl alcohol (IPA) for removing thin layers of flux residue, dirt and grease, including fingerprints and airborne silicone. Ideal for installation and maintenance work on equipment with PCBs: significantly reduces contact resistance between gold-plated/tin-plated contacts and eliminates intermitting interference over extended periods. Especially useful when commissioning and servicing equipment with edge connections. Not electrostatic. Also suitable for numerous cleaning applications, including scanning heads, pressure wheels and other computer components. Supplied in packages of 100 pouches, each containing 3.5 ml IPA in deionised water.
