The Microchip Single voltage supervisor with an open-drain reset output, designed for accurate power supply monitoring and reset generation in microprocessor-based systems. It asserts a reset signal when the supply voltage falls below a set threshold and holds the reset for a specified timeout period after voltage recovery. The device operates with a low supply current of only 4.5 μA and offers selectable reset delay times of 20 ms, 140 ms, and 1120 ms.
