LM337 Linear Voltage Regulators, Texas Instruments


Texas Instruments LM337 adjustable negative voltage regulators offer the current rating of 1.5A and (100 mA on the LM337L) on the output voltage range of –1.2 V to –37 V. The linear voltage regulator requires only two external resistors to adjust the output voltage and a capacitor for frequency compensation.

Output Current: LM317 (1.5 A), LM317L (0.1 A)
