The Infineon OptiMOS IPOL 20 A is an easy to use, fully integrated DC-DC buck regulator with patented fast Constant-On-Time (COT) control scheme, it simplifies the design effort, while enable an enhanced transient response and improved Vout regulation also the on-board PWM controller and OptiMOS 5 MOSFETs with integrated bootstrap diode make the IR3888A a small footprint, high efficiency solution for various point of load applications requiring.
