The ON Semiconductor NCV8760CDT332RKG is a precision ultra low Iq low dropout voltage regulator. Quiescent currents as low as 18 A typical make it ideal for automotive applications requiring low quiescent current. Integrated control features such as Reset and Delay Time Select make it ideal for powering microprocessors. It is available with a fixed output voltage of 5.0 V and 3.3 V and regulates within ±2.0%.
