The DiodesZetex Synchronous buck converter designed to provide a stable step-down voltage from a wide input range of 3.8V to 32V, delivering an output current of 2A. This product utilises a Peak current mode control for enhanced performance and efficiency. It integrates a high-side and low-side power MOSFET with an on-resistance of 125mΩ and 68mΩ respectively, allowing for high-efficiency DC/DC conversion.
