The ROHM LDO regulator features low-saturation operation with both variable and fixed output voltage options ranging from 1.5 V to 16.0 V. It delivers up to 2A output current with a precise voltage accuracy of ±1%. Built-in over-current protection safeguards the IC against output short circuits, while a thermal shutdown circuit prevents damage from overheating due to overload conditions.
