The STMicroelectronics synchronous rectifier controller is designed for secondary‑side rectification in Advanced flyback converter topologies, including non‑complementary Active clamp, resonant, and quasi‑resonant flyback converters. It ensures efficient switching by driving N‑channel MOSFETs, turning them on when current flows through the body diode and off as current approaches zero. With its Compact package and low operating current, it is Ideal for high‑efficiency power supply designs requiring reliable performance and protection.

High voltage sensing input for SR MOSFET drain source voltage rated at 190 V AMR

Supports operating frequency up to 500 kHz for fast switching
