The STMicroelectronics PWM controller is an advanced quasi-resonant flyback controller integrated with a 650V GaN HEMT. It features an embedded high-voltage start up generator and built-in protections, including input and output overvoltage protection, brown-in and brown-out protection, overload protection, and over temperature protection. Supporting a switching frequency of up to 240 kHz with jittering, it ensures efficient operation with less than 30 mW standby power consumption. Additional features include dynamic blanking time, adjustable valley synchronization, and adaptive burst mode for optimized performance.
