The DiodesZetex makes a new generation 2 channel low capacitance TVS Diode array, designed to protect sensitive electronics from the damage due to ESD. The combination of small size and high ESD surge capability makes it ideal for use in Automotive Infotainment applications. The device has an ultra-small PCB Footprint area, which makes it ideal for compact portable electronics applications. The device has X3-DFN1006-3 package, which completely Lead, halogen, and Antimony free. The operating temperature of this device is -65°C to 150°C.
